School Portal

Register your institution to get a personalized Blink school portal. Using this you can register students, parents/guardians, tuck shops(canteens) and bursars as well as get analytics on pocket money usage in your school.

Guardian App

A parent/guardian is registered on the school portal. After registration is done, a message is sent to the guardian requesting him/her to download the guardian mobile app.

Parents/Guardians can monitor and track their children’s spending within this app. Parents can also decide where funds can be spent among other functionalities

Student card

Once a guardian's account is created by the school via the Blink School portal, a Blinkers account in this case the student, is created through the same portal and the student is assigned to an already registered guardian. Using information provided by the student, a personalized card and unique account is created for the student. The student will be able to access funds sent to them by the parent using the card.

Any transaction done using the card or mobile app is stored and parents can view the information at any time. The app is more suited for university and college students while the card is suitable for both primary and secondary students.

Tuck shop

Tuck shop (Canteen) details are registered using the Blink school portal. Registration covers the owner's details and creates an account for the tuck shop owner. A Virtual Customer Service Tool is also issued to them which they will use for stock keeping and allow transactions via the Blink card.

With the account created, the tuck shop owner can track his/her transactions and so on.

How do I recover a lost password?

If you forget your password, no need to panic from the Forgot password link on the app's login page, you will be directed on how you will recover your password.
How can I log in for the first time as a guardian?
Once your gurdian account is created by the school via the portal, the guardian will receive a text message that contains a download link to their account after which they may start setting up their account.
Can I manage more than one child from one application??
Yes. from a single guardian app, a parent can add or remove a child from their list of guardians. A guardian will easily have access to any of the child's they are assigned to.

Can one child be assigned to multiple guardians?
Yes, this is very possible. A blinker(Student) may be assigned to more than one guardian with the concent of both the school and the guardian originally registered to. From there the newly added guardian has access to all functionalities of the app.
